June is Pinterest Month

For the month of June we are being inspired by something we have seen on Pinterest.  If you have never been on the site, I will warn you now it is addicting!!  I am a Pinterest novice, but every time I sit to look at just a couple of things I find myself sitting for WAY to long and neglecting what I swhould be commenting on my fellow team members b logs.

Anyway we are to choose something, whether it be projects, pictures, color themes, etc that has inspired us to create our current posts.  I am finally (hopefully) getting my own place to live so I have been looking at decorating ideas.  When I saw this one, I thought of stenciling instead of decorating.  So here is the inspiration

For this creation I used three stencils:
LX7001 Damask
LG747 Ruffled Heart

LS89 Small Celebrate
From here I pasted the Damask and the heart in White Glossy paste on a yellow-orange paper.  Paste celebrate in Matt Yellow on white paper.
Once dry, cut out and layer like the inspiration picture.
And is done.  I love easy and simple.
Make sure you vist the rest of team for more Pinterest interpretations.  You too can play along this month and every month by visiting the Dreamweaver blog and post your creations on Mr. Linky.
